Rodger Fox Big BandI’m delighted to be able to tell you the Rodger Fox Big Band has been invited to represent New Zealand at the 2024 Jazz Educational Network (JEN) Conference in New Orleans.
The JEN Conference runs over four days 3-6 January 2024. JEN brings together thousands of people from around the globe, all jazz types from beginners to pro experts, for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Part music festival, part networking, part education, and truly inspirational.
This is a huge opportunity, particularly for the younger members of the Big Band, and one that will enable us to enhance the Band’s work with secondary school jazz musicians on our return to New Zealand, see Young Jazz Band-it.
